Training is an essential key resource for those who are competing in DECA. Training helps build new skills for the judge, create strategies for roleplays, build confidence, and overall prepare yourself for DECA competitions. All 8th Grade DECA members will also have a mentoring program, which helps get you kickstarted with the essential skills you need to succeed on competition Day.
